Dream In Delay is an indie-rock band from the suburbs of Washington DC. Amidst a world turned on its head in 2020, Collin Cogan and Eldar Cohen came together with a collection of untapped musical ideas that captured the jumbled emotions of the moment. Together, the duo formed Dream In Delay and recorded their first EP, Flipped, set to release in the Spring of 2021.
